One can imagine the publicity SEN will get if the Class Action goes ahead.
It could be the best thing that happens for SEN shareholders in terms of transparency.
There is not much in terms of transparency at the moment.
Will also be interesting to see how LKT brokers/related parties fare in the discovery process.
