Careful with 'topping up'.
As the market adjusts to reality, the expectation of the dividend increasing by a huge amount is slim, and thus a $6 price would be fair to turn this into a dividend stock now that the growth phase is long gone.
Sorry for those who bought anywhere over $8 though. Especially on margin - unexpected bankruptcy in a single hour. I admit I almost bought sheetloads on margin at higher prices than this myself.
I'm shaking just at the thought that I could have done that.
