Ok.
I will throw this into the mix.
FAR's PE concerns must have some credibility, or this would have been finished a long time ago.
If that is the case then there maybe negotiations taking place between WPL and FAR.
If WPL has determined that they want to be part of this discovery/resource then maybe WPL and FAR are discussing how this deal may proceed.
Maybe FAR will be funded/carried through drilling the next xx? number of wells.
Maybe WPL for free carrying FAR they also give up .... say 5% and FAR keep 20% and free carried.
The possibilities are endless as to what is going on and until we are informed of the resolution of the case we are all just guessing and trying to read tea leaves.
As a shareholder we need to have confidence that management is working flat out for the benefit of the company and therefore we shareholders.
Noone has ever come back from any of the presentations or conferences to say that they had doubts in management.

My advice is to chill out and consider your own position.
