it&e (ITE).

What is happening in some folks minds-- at this very moment in time-- -- imo-- at the present time is a form of: ....Cognitive Dissonance... [which when you..... Invest ....like I do-- in "under the radar and under-valued" companies like it&e (ITE) ....you have to become self aware of.... (note I said; 'self' -aware-- not just aware...!! ).

Quickly in regards to some psoters comments re. ISS....

Now firstly let me say: I also like ISS --so let me make that clear...repeat: I do like ISS- but my own assessment is that the stages that my learned friend, Danlupi refers, are around the other way....

....Why so...?

....Take a look at the last Reported Sales Revenue-- $$ Top $$$ Revenue Line...for the respectie companies.... ISS was about 8 millions, whereas ITE was 16 Millions ...

ITE is... Double ....the Sales Revenue.

Secondly; take at look who need to raise Cap Ex money; ...ISS-- and admittedly they were honest about the ....PURPOSE ....for that... to set up their Overseas Branch Offices and set up more Sales Distribution points globally.

....And that, btw, sounds to me like a good strategy---on ISS part.

Repeat; I think this is a good strategy...for ISS--

But in respect of timing, note the following:

In my assessment, in respect of ISS-- that is at the very inception and BEGINNING phase...

These are not yet a fact, they are INSTEAD-- by ISS's own admission; in early development....

- .....Again ISS are candid about that--which again is to be commended... ISS have not announced a single--not one new contract--not have they the current level of confidence to predict the amount of contracts in their Current Sales Pipe-Line.

Now one possibility is that; ISS have simply chosen not to disclose this. And that is their right. However rather unlikely--but agreed a possibility.

With it&e (ITE) the Software Development and Sales Distribution Channels are at a far more developed a mature stage...

Indeed, with ITE ... they are:

(a) Are explicitly; at a clearly enunciated and advanced stage .....in their development ....of their USA Sales Operations

(b) Are explicitly; at a clearly enunciated and advanced stage .....in their European Sales Operations; and very confident and candid about their Sales Pipe Line....

(c) Have already in place excellent Sales partners, senior personnel and executives, and Major Significant Network Partners-- and Sales Distribution Nodes in Europe ....and the USA....

(d) Have Government legislation--namely-- Sarbanes Oxley (USA) and Basil 11 (Europe) as an extra compelling "compulsory" secular economic force.... to drive sales impetus.

Question... When is that (Governmentt Legislation compulsory Requirements)-- --namely-- an imperative...?

Answer. -- "Immediate and Now"...
So Why are we now waiting a few more days...?

I have already answered that; and you worry warts forget...

Answer to repeat is so so simple...

In England, 'The City'--in London-- gets back to work on Monday--so therefore either next week-- or the early the following is why--repeat why-- I have put my probability on this date line....

Final point- It may be as "late" ....(yeah right--!!== relax you guys -- do not fall for the 'old trick of the spot of emotional/mental/psychological cognitive dissonance -- imo--

ie: What do I mean actually ...??

Answer-- You may...imo, possibly-- fall into "trap" of going with your "feelings" not with your BRAIN--imo-- on the right perspective on the time value of money !!.....) .
