That's fully diluted, if you're including the performance shares then that doesn't count until they actually start hitting those milestones and same for options until they are closer to expiring.
Can see it both ways, personally I like many prefer undiluted until the above factors are actually in play which for now they're not so to show the other view of undiluted here it is:
1,049,618,364 shares current issue (excluding options which don't expire for another year literally until 31 Dec 2017, so a little while until in play, which by then the share price should be multiples higher than 10c)
@ 0.065 = $68.22m MC
@ 0.070 = $73.47m MC
@ 0.080 = $83.96m MC
@ 0.090 = $94.46m MC
@ 0.100 = $104.96m MC $100m MC not hit until 10c as this would be more correct until options come closer to expiry
