This recent rally is either speculators betting on a favourable outcome, a leaking ship that things are now back on track or a pump and dump because things are about to go south. I'd be waiting for a favourable outcome before buying as any further significant delays could spell the end of Soblec due to their dwindling cash position. Trade with caution...
