Surge protection make sure you spend the money as the better quality protectors will have a guarantee if your protector fails and melt ypur PC and other gear they will replace everything no charge... I had a surge 2 weeks back blew up my surge protector actually cooked it.. Took it in sizzled to Harvey N replaced no change
