Currently, nobody is willing to sell lower than 0.031. So that's the minimum sale price at the moment. As well as that, there are people lining up to buy as high as 0.033.
By the looks of the market depth as it is now, the opening price will be 0.033 if it was to open right now. Your best bet would be in my also newbie understanding, to put at buy order at 0.033 to get the best value.
I'm not sure if that's right, so happy if i'm corrected, that's my level of current understanding though. As always, DYOR
