yeah, I don't begrudge them that much, they were initial funders of the tech who the company thought they could squeeze out. They actually did something about being diluted out of the picture.
Not their fault someone tried to screw them over.
Its just another million $'s that comes at the expense of shareholders. on top of the cash settlement.
If you say it quickly it doesn't seem so bad.
