The degree could be in Business Psychology, which would actually be very useful to the company.

I see it as a positive that they are adding to the staff. If closure of the doors was imminent then this wouldn't be happening. Hopefully in a few months time all of this will behind us and we'll have shares in a profitable, well run and producing goldmine.
