I cant see anything on that flow sheet that specifically mentions JORC. Remeber that there are many parts of the planet where the JORC code has no legal meaning. The terms Resource and Reserve can get quite rubbery. In Indonesia for instance until quite recently the old USGS code was largely followed for the purposes of government reporting. In the heydey of strip and ship things like JORC were furtherest from the minds of producers. Now they are looking to raise serious cash for smelters its different but then they were just focussed on cash production
Of course being ASX listed JORC/VALMIN are required by ASX rules and ASIC guidelines. This is particularly the case if presenting forward looking statements. But it occurs to me that announcing past cash flow is more interesting than forward looking statements
Again I am a babe in the woods when it comes to the SI so I am merely hypothesising here. It would be good to have clarity on whether a JORC report is a specific requirement or not.
Thanks for the help guys. Learning is fun
