This one seems okay. Valued at 12M, with 7Mill in the bank.

It's an explorer so it's sort of hit or miss, but it seems somewhat decently stable if they can never confirm or deny they found anything. Their best story at the moment is the fact that they have money. The moment they actually use that money to confirm or deny they found oil is when the roulette wheel starts spinning.
