regardless of whether they hold a PDN size deposit or not, look back at all the U hopefuls, compare each timeline to 'possible' production and I think you'll find BLR is one of the better prospects ... just so happens to be the cheapest too.
Oh yeah, and we aren't talking about juinors hopefull of the Aust gov't lifting a ban etc ... .they are a minimum 5-10 years away, at best. BLR is in one of the best spots in the world for getting this mine up. Easy decision imo.
