I reamin pessimistic about this company with the incumbend management team. they have consistently (year in year out) failed to deliver any value to shareholders despite the company's potential. i feel they have lost the will and zest required of those who should be left in charge of companies. if they had an ounce of intergrity they would walk and allow others to take their place. incompetence would a term of flattery if applied to the HIG team. i just wish CEOs and Directors could be got rid as easily as other inept workers.
