Valentia does exist but appears to be basically a one man company.
The ASX had doubts about Valentia. The first question in the ASX query that led to the EVM suspension was:
"Did the Company make any due diligence enquiries on the capacity of Valentia Co Ltd ("Valentia") to meet its funding obligations under the agreement disclosed in the Valentia Announcement ("Agreement") prior to making the Valentia Announcement?"
The EVM reply was that they talked to Valentia representatives in the US. Possible EVM were grasping at straws and desperate to deal with anyone who said they could raise funds.
Takeshi Ono seems to mainly do small deals wherever he can to make money. As BoroBoyinoz said their web site is very vague on details. Valentia capital is tiny at about AUD $300,000. See their history at the end of this page http://www.valentia.co.jp/aboutus_en.html . The latest is possibly an involvement with human resources packages.
