That's why I suggested previously FAR need to take COP to court.
COP/WPL by their action is daring FAR to take them to court.
Note, claiming you have a right to PE, does not "Proved" you have a right to PE.
Even if WPL was to sell it back to COP, does not mean COP must offer FAR its PE right. It could sell it to another party.
FAR have not proven it has a PE right (it reserves it right to sue, but have not taken this action to prove it).
FAR believes it still has its PE right - it can believe all it want to.
But until it is proven, COP/WPL is under no obligation to sell it to FAR.
