Hokey, maybe your right and hope you are... Westwind yes, AirTrunk have DA and already in construction, which is much better than sitting and waiting for approvals. Whilst AirTrunk may build in Phases, as most do, the sheer size of their planned developments are Hyper Scale and massive compared to what NXT are building.
