XXXX has put out many a fire on my trips to Isa. Is the giant smurf at the BP still there?
I am inclined to agree that we are bystanders. But I also think, looking at the timeframe, the practicalities of getting a mine up a running, don't seem to be on the radar at present. Perhaps some other HC's have info on how site preps are going? DRA? Byrnecut?
