There are good lawyers (not many) and bad lawyers. I've long held the view, quite seriously, that a bounty placed on the scalps of litigation lawyers and the complicit judges would solve a great many of this country's problems - permanently.
One might say "how awful", but show me an alternative that would actually work. These bâstards and their insidious morally bankrupt perversion of the "justice system" are thoroughly entrenched - and they're enriching themselves at the country's great peril. They are killing us all for their own disgusting greed. The Koori culture had the right idea - inflict a bit of justice that actually gets the desired result for the benefit of the community - put a couple of spears into them. In this case, either that or a violent revolution seem to me to be the only options that will get these swine under control. Which option would you prefer.
"But what about the individual's rights?" I hear the bleeding hearts and opportunistic "human rights" champions such as the "Woomera Laywers Group" cry! I answer - what about the rights of our country and our community, which these filth are supposed to be upholding in their working of our "justice system", but which they are in fact raping and milking for everything they can squeeze out of it for their own personal benefit at great cost the nation.
Who nowadays trusts the "legal system" in Australia? Most - if not all - the people I know view it with disdain and disgust, and rightly so!
There are a few good lawyers with some ethics and principles - I've dealt with consumate professionals in the real estate industry. But from what I can see, the practice of "law" in this country - at every level - is rapidly sinking to a level I can only describe as despicable, primarily due to the rampant growth of opportunistic litigation.
And have a nice day.
