I feel a revocation of license may be in order and a fine to the publican(depending on the quilty party), but not a lawsuit that will cost society. She should not be compensated in any way. In fact I feel she should be fined and have her drivers license cancelled as she openly admitted to flaunting the driving regulations on a regular basis.
