$1m raising done at $1.60 - no discount!
Hats off to management for doing a small raising to help accelerate growth at no discount, even after the huge run we've had.
You know that this must be in the best interests of all holders because they own half the stock and wouldn't want to dilute holders at all unless they could accelerate growth or chase acquisitions like they've stated.
I can see this going much high.
