No-one seems to know a lot about it. I assume you mean the PurLucid technology.
All I can say is the old company does not exactly inspire, check out their website. They have been taken out 50% for 5 million CDN and 10 million for the balance. 15 million hardly seems a lot for such breakthrough technology.
A big yawn from me. I can't imagine how they would cope with the changing chemistry.
Not many people understand how many years lithium batteries have been in development.
The only technology I see as possibly having an effect in the next five years is nano technology applied to Vanadium as a compliment to Lithium.
Still people will believe what they want, There is a new "breakthrough" every year and that has been happening for years. Usually they perform well in one aspect and are a dismal failure in another and quietly fade away.
