Several thoughts of interest in your posting. However, I would have thought that someone on $420K+ (and $350K base) should not find it too difficult to pay for school fees.
A more valid concern would be the full price scenario. This, however, did not stop Huntingdale from going for their cheeky 10c bid back in October 2001 (ie: bidding below the prevailing trading price).
Also interesting now is the Appendix 4C announcement which has just been released to the ASX.
This morning's announcement shows 2Q03 EBITDA @$5.077m.
