1 ton cost of coal is a couple hundred
this will produce 200kg of GQD's from the 20% yield
im not exactly sure on the costings to produce this 200kg but its a simple chemical base production
GQD's sell between 1.8-2.2mil per kilo
the company doesn't mention the production costs anywhere or even its methods as it falls under it IP. so far from what I've found, although the profit margins mentioned from previous posters are well above costs.
