REG 60 S of A

For Xmas reading, below is a link to ASIC reg 60 which relates to Scheme of Arrangement.
It’s quite interesting.
It mentions a court is involved, Asic submissions to the court. Takeover panel may be involved. An independent expert report is required (not sure if same as the one we are familiar  with)
Basicly it is to protect and aid the SH. IMO if the SH don’t complain then there O’K with it.
One little hitch for me is that Tio is the bider and the Tio/FMS board the target.
FMS/Tio board to get expert report?
