this article, its headline and content are so poorly framed that I wonder SGH finally has a case to sue them for scare mongering.

If not at least I would expect them to publish a scathing update on the asx denouncing the afr.

AFR have really lost the plot - they did not even acknowledge the significant news of escrow money to be kept in escrow, a part of which in all probability will end up with slaters.

I think of giving up my afr membership every time stuff like this comes out but you gotta keep your enemies closer to you than your friends....

So the only news remaining now for shorts to cover before HY17 is ACA filing a CA and from my phone conversation with the ACA rep - he sounded like they have got all the time in the world to file this suit - i.e. they are in no hurry to file this. In fact he said they are still in discussion with their funding provider about the financing of this CA.
