    Very good written letter to DLS , in particular you should direct this to PK. I am a shareholder of DLS and also is against the idea of buying GOG at 51 c , at a high premium. Why not buy from open market ? Slowly .. i am sure DLS can get a better offer from open market. Do u have an email ? I am interested to contect u and see what can be done to object to d deak.
