I made a call around 34c that we were at or near the bottom. So I am starting to stretch the idea of what 'near' means. Obviously my 'near' has to now be made of very (extremely) stretchy rubber, which will probably soon snap.
In regard the patent appeal, I think that even in the unlikely event that they are to win their case, that the whole fiasco has allowed the market to get a more accurate take on this woeful mob. Even if the patent rulings are reversed, trading around the price just prior to the rulings seems unlikely.
Personally I think the best they can hope for is to recover the patent on their mixture which is due to expire in the near future anyway.
