Less than 10% voted and no-one was against it!

Looks like a good deal now but the SP was at 1.7c when passed.

We all hope 3c is going to be cheap in the near future but the chances of success at Tabac are probably 50/50.

Just playing devil's advocate on this topic which is always vexed.

These incentives IMO are fairly reasonable in view of the potential risks involved - High hence high or no rewards.


The non cash aspect could also be worth considering if over a 3 year period.

Any future incentive option plans should attract an appropriate vote from as many SHs as are willing to participate.
