What is it with the "armchair directors" on HC who really don't have half a clue? It's easy to take cheap shots anonymously on HC at the Solomons and the other directors, to criticise what fees they deserve to get, how they report, their ability to take ventures forward, their professionalism, etc. If they are that dissatisfied why don't they write to them, go to the AGM and challenge them directly, etc. I believe if you are going invest in a company, you should try to support its board and management team - after all it's in your interests to do so. If that is not possible then the alternative is simple - put your money where your mouth is!
