Funkster I appreciate you want the mine to get in to production as do I.  Did you read the article in The Australian again this morning, it seems BDO didn't get their figures right and shareholders will get even less.  The deal is a complete mess and it seems these minority shareholders have reviewed it and found how poor the deal is and have had the capacity to fight it.

They probably do have some self interest but sounds like they are trying to get a better outcome for all involved.  How do you think they could be lining their own pockets?  What can they sell if they are just shareholders, they can't sell the asset and if he is a small time financial advisor then he isn't is the capital market of buying and selling projects so that comment doesn't make sense.

Be interested to hear what @yatchy has to see as he has met them.

Kasbah have an asset, worth something at finance level post DFS, it isn't going into liquidation. AMR is more likely to go into liquidation.

I think this deal will have to be squashed and then I hope we do hear from management and also these shareholders.
