I agree wholeheartedly with your sentiments and content of the letter.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Step 1 - flag the need for a large cash raising via placement (discount to market at anything up to 20%)

Step 2 - throttle off the good news and let mrket stew. Market usually falls away by a good 20%.

Step 3 - bring on the sophisticats and place stock at 20% discount to prevailing price.

NET NET - sophisticats get stock at anything up to 40 - 50% discount to retail price.

Doesn't this sound familiar to last year?

So why is it happening again with our new and improved board representing all investors?
