SRX is open to being purchased by a large pharma right now. lost faith in management and a slightly open share registry.
Even if it was pitched at a 40pc premium to today's close ie 22.40... I think the bigger would be successful.
It's probably cheaper to purchase srx than develop a better product which is statistically unlikely... especially if the successful purchaser had an existing sales and distribution arm which appears to be SRX's blind spot.
