Incentives matter over words. If this were a scheme by JD or someone else, he would be playing it differently.
They would be generally asking for high salaries, taking them in cash, getting options and dumping shares...
You talk big but show me how the MD or the schemer is taking money out and I'll agree with you. Until then, you are engaging in scaremongering without facts.
