    QT ....(or, is it jason?)

What's with the obsession that you (and another) seem to have with my dad? And why do you "stalk" him elsewhere? Rather "childish" isn't it?

And why are you so concerned with his (& my) investment in Looksmart and that he feels it will 'take off' after the Q4 report or, not far behond that time? We are entitled to put our money where his mouthes are aren't we? He actually tells me that you and another holder here in OZ (who averaged $64.00pps) both sold out and have been worried ever since that the Co will make a come-back, leaving you two behind in it's dust.

You see .......My dad bought "stacks" of LOK shares @ $5.00pps (& below) and he has certainly convinced me that the Co has now turned the corner. The market agrees too, it seems, for LOOK shares (in the US) have now risen from an intraday low of $2.21c only a few months back and has broken $5.00pps many times, in recent weeks.

Looksmart will (probably) burst through the $5.00pps level following it's Q4 report to the market, early in february. They will report better (a private google group feel) than the 26% - 28% they have guided for. They will announce more publisher/media Co relationships (no doubt) and will continue to grow the business in this field. It's a unique business model and it's working. (Partner, The NY Times have predicted a rise of $80M in their own advertising revenues, in 2007. LOOK get a small % share of all these revenues, through it's AdCenter. IACI's ask.com are also increasing their figures and LOOK do well, accordingly)

Publisher/media Co's are now warming to the task of Advertisers and the Internet. They understand the need for them to become more involved and they will. Looksmart are a prime candidate to accomodate part of their needs.

Looksmart's own "unique" users are growing each quarter. (Now have an approx. 10M). Paid clicks have been guided to rise STRONGLY from the 100M recorded during Q3. Things are really looking good one could say and Insto's (that my dad has told you all, have been accumulating, and for well over 12 months now) along with insiders, now own over 14M of only 23M, total issued shares.

Think about it ............Why would they be buying? (Both Insto's and insiders?)

Good luck with whatever stocks you hold, but me and my dad are sticking to LOK. Yes it's only just begun, is what we both feel.
