Not 100% sure but from memory they can use Historical results to make 15% of jorc if those results are less then 10 years if less then 2 years I think they can use 30% ...these conditions have changed over the years and also from different countries ...in AUS they like to keep collecting fees so they like you to keep doing the same thing over and over.....so pleased we are in Canada and not here....cant wait to see the market cap of a few of the Aussie companies in the same space over the next 12 months ...dilution for funding my cripple a few...the other interesting thing is we maybe signing off takes or a JV just when the price of LI starts to fly....cheers
