2017... coming soon

Hi all, had a quick chat to our MD Rob recently. Following is a bit of a summary along with my thoughts, naturally.

Lawn Hill

With major interest in Zinc currently and on a fundamental case into 2017 and beyond : LH is being prioritised - looking like Q2 in 2017 we will be on the ground sinking in some drill holes into one of the most exciting drill targets going around. So, on track.

Prior to this there will be standard prelim to get thru (land access, follow up on ground, admin etc) along with interpreting the data of the VTEM flyover that will take place rather soon. This data will be combined with the reprocessed data currently in hand to best map locations to drill.

Most attractive is the shallow cover at LH - something like the Teena deposit (in size and quality) at this shallow depth would be a major story.

The attractiveness of the Lawn Hill deposit we have discussed previously - it is based on the favorable time period when many Zinc deposits were laid down.

Other Projects

Not only is LH is moving towards drilling, so is the Woolatchi Breccia (qtrly pg 8) and Tennant Creek in the NT (pg 7 qtrly). Will be a matter of first in best dressed I'm thinking, and how quickly LH can be moved to "drill ready" status.

Maronan


Our friend Maronan, we all see it as a worthwhile target to get involved with - especially with the story at depth not yet fully told, but to this stage no concrete commitments have come through yet from the JV enquiries that are being entertained (obviously, as we would have heard as such).

Needs a few million spent on it basically to drill it out properly - an additional hole or two into it (unless deep and therefore expensive) would probably not add significantly to the project, it needs that second stage of investment from a partner.

It would appear as though some investment appetite is returning to the sector, so slowly and surely interest in Maronan should build along with risk tolerance All is good.

Graphite

Didn't chat for long about this one. I don't think it is going to play a huge part in plans going forward, beyond a hole or two at some stage.
