here's the opening paragraph from yesterday's ann....
Here is the ann from 27th Feb 2014 that they refer to above.....
So, the only material difference I can see between these announcements is the reference to "fully termed GSA option" yesterday as opposed to "GSA option" in 2014.
Can anyone articulate to me in the Kings English what this change actually means???...as I am clearly not appreciating the gravity of this ann....that is apart from this being an encouraging sign...is that it?
