With Cygnet's track record of ISX, 1PG, GSC, FBR and their GSW IPO last week, that's +50% already, I believe their shells deserve to trade with a significant premium; if not like Ian Middlemas shells, then certainly the next rung down on the ladder and above 98% of other shells.
