    Yes interesting one with two trains of thought, one good and one bad:

    1. Bad - the co-founder is out, the co-founder is the CEO's father but still wanted out!

    2. Good - he got a premium to the current price for his shares @ 25c a pop to Victory Phoenix Limited (Peterson Group)

    hmm, hard one to digest....
