Agreed. That's my reading of it. Placement plus an opportunity for existing shareholders. RC knows the value of the open register at the moment and got the price he did for QGC because of small shareholder loyalty, which he cultivated. Post a favourable Vertigan, he can complete some GSAs. I don't think he will give in easy to predators - not his style when he knows the inherent worth of CTP will be much higher if it can remain independent.
