... sentiment has changed noticeably in the past week or so and this morning the buy depth is very strong ... the top bid is even above the offer for a change!

The Russians are ferrating around Qld looking for cheap power options to run a proposed Aluminium smelter ... underground coal gasification (akka PCE, LNC, MEE) has been in use in Russia for almost a centuary as cheap fuel for power generation .... hey its a long bow I know, but you have to visualise these things to make them happen lol .... I would settle for a good progress announcement from PCE tho.
