While it's copacetic to be educated by a superior intellect, I am not sure why you keep posting @MarsC : we are all acknowledging there are risks in this investment, including the ones you've raised.
So let's see if the price hits $1, which is your intrinsic value, and I will happily invest all my funds with you if that is the case.
