ITC are not the operator its Santos - they have stuffed it up. Like the others it is VPE who are stuffing it up.
Just the luck of the draw. If and when they can get these wells going there will be a flurry.
I also noticed that VPE be farming out the PEL 104/111 wells as well. I think this may be good.
