A positive for the market all the same...TECK, if they buy back-in, says that there is a significant upside potential for this project. AZS doesn't then just get a pat on the back and pushed off the tenement...it is like the old "no answer is still an answer". In this case, if TECK makes a positive move regardless of the information...it is still a positive move
