Ok TT I see where you are coming from will redo the analysis based on that but we should factor in some growth for DD based on this statement from BH's analyst report

Outlook positive: VPC’s plan for FY17 is to drive further customer growth through a ramping up of digital marketing of the SME product and a maturing of the sales force. There is also a focus on securing additional sales partnerships and marketing channels. It will be an important year for VPC as it seeks to reach critical mass and cashflow breakeven with its Velpic e-Learning product. Dash Digital is also expected to benefit from the addition of new customers as it assists in providing platform content.
