LMCH getting impatient with frivolous lawsuit given performance payments are always linked to production royalities. Any ambiguity will reflect intent. Shame again on the legal profession that can't discuss the technicalities of the contract outside their self-interested money spinning court system.
Also ironic how this suit arise when BRL have financial backing and HCC contract prices settling at US$275/t
Time for BRL to use this as a opportunity renegotiate prohibitive contract.
