Look the announcement didn't make any claim as to the size of the agreement. How big do you think it could be? I'm thinking a couple thousand per annum. Hardly worth a 2.6m rise in the SP.
Expect it to finish around 5c today and then move back down to 3c over the coming months. The company needs to make announcements of signing up, not one company at a time, but many, because it's going to take many more subscriptions for the company to become profitable.
