I'm amazed by the Range making two announcements regarding the PSA: - Puntland Parliament Approves Production Sharing Agreement - Formal Signing of Production Sharing Agreement
Why the fuss? Why did they not wait until it had been signed and then make one announcement?
Yesterdays announcement was disappointing because the market was expecting the JV and not more info on the PSA, which we thought had been done.
Will they have all the requirements met before the drop dead date of the 31st Jan?
The wait continues...............
