going back over IMU releases.

1....August 04.....Efficacy trials to begin with CSIRO testing.


2....October 04...IMU announced failure of tests


3....November 04...IMU announce "bacth defect" which required reconstruction of a new batch of vaccine with trials to begin early 2005


4....August 06.......IMU announce two new vaccines have been readied for testing.


5....October 06......IMU announce trial date and testing procedure have been set.


6....December 06....IMU announce move to final stages of test


7....January 07.......IMU announce moving to challenge phase


There was a huge break in advice from November 04 through to August 06

and most of the latest research was done "in house" by IMU to that point after outsourcing its previous work up until November 04.

That was a long period and IMU must have hit more snags in developing the final candidates for testing.

It would appear they have certainly put all their "eggs" in this latest testing......(excuse the pun) having waited so long to come up with the vaccine to test and there are two vaccines being tested for the different segments of the market.
